The Gospel fuels our courage These verses end a Psalm full of sorrow and lament. But even in the midst of his grief, and at the end of his cry for relief, David remembers and takes courage for the path ahead. At the changing of the year, that is what we all need. Gluten-free Gingerbread Cookies
Gingerbread cookies ready to be iced. 😋 These cookies are gluten, dairy, egg, nut, and soy free. I used Bob's Red Mill 1-1 flour in the blue bag. Recipe here: https://www.vegannie.com/cookies/vegan-gingerbread-cookies/ Notes: I doubled recipe and used 1 part cane sugar, 1 part coconut sugar. Also added extra water until dough was smooth.

Since then, I've come to… Continue reading Making Cozy: Twinkle Lights

As time went on, I discovered and adapted recipes for pancakes, cookies, and even mini-donuts (a girl's gotta have her carbs 'n' sugar comfort food, after all). But how was I to make a cake? Without eggs? Thankfully, I… Continue reading Holiday Gingerbread Cake Recipe Additions: gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free
