November 1st baking: pumpkin spice donuts

Notes: I added a tad more spice (heaped teaspoons), a bit more flour blend (Bob’s blue bag 1-1), and a bit more coconut milk. I also followed Nicole’s sub notes and used grapeseed oil for vegan butter… ‘cause I didn’t feel like melting any. For less sugar option, eat plain or sprinkled with powdered sugar instead of the maple glaze.

These baked up so well and tasted amazing!
