In every situation, God gives the invitation to pray, to ask, to give thanks, to rejoice, to know He is near. Through that, He promises to guard with His peace that cannot be fully understood or exhausted. In every situation, believers can be guarded – protected – in our thought lives and heart lives. “In every situation”, whether mundane, shared, or extraordinary, He has not left His children defenseless. He had not left His children alone.
